Decisions are prepared within a month from the date a complete application is received. The university informs you about the processing of the application and the date and method of collecting the decision via the IT system or email. If you are handled in WebDziekanat (SID) and do not collect the decision within two weeks of its issuance, it will be sent by registered mail to the indicated address, with the effect of delivery. If you are handled in USOS, the decision is delivered through that system, and an uncollected decision is deemed delivered on the day following the lapse of 14 days from its release for collection.
You have 14 days from the day you receive the decision. From the decision of the Scholarship Commission, you may file an appeal to the Appeal Scholarship Commission, and from the Rector’s decision, a request for reconsideration. A submission filed after the deadline has no legal effect. Appeals are processed within a month of receipt. From the decision of the Rector or the Appeal Scholarship Commission, a complaint to the Voivodeship Administrative Court is available within 30 days of the delivery of the decision.
All necessary information and documents must be submitted on the day of application. Achievements that are not documented are not considered. In case of doubts you may only be asked to clarify the submitted materials, not to fill in missing items. Only information submitted in the first stage of the competition is taken into account, also in the event of an appeal. Applications submitted after the deadline are not considered.
