- emergency aid: from PLN 100 to PLN 4000.
Yes. The total monthly amount of the social scholarship and the rector’s scholarship paid to one student cannot exceed PLN 3,667. If exceeded, the most recently granted benefit is reduced.
After the decision becomes final, i.e., after 14 days from its delivery. The benefit is paid from the month in which the application was received, with the possibility of compensation for previous months. Make sure your bank account number is entered in WebDziekanat or USOSweb.
For 9 months of the academic year: 5 months in the winter semester (October to February) and 4 months in the summer semester (March to June). If the final year of studies lasts one semester, for up to 5 months. The Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, in agreement with the Student Government, may change the payment period by 1 month.

Benefits are available for a total of 12 semesters, regardless of whether they were actually received, with limits: bachelor’s studies up to 9 semesters, master’s studies up to 7 semesters. For uniform master’s programs lasting 11 or 12 semesters, the total period is extended by 2 semesters. All started semesters count towards the limit, including semesters falling during leaves, except for additional bachelor’s programs started after obtaining the first degree. Semesters in parallel programs count as one semester. If a disability arises during studies or after obtaining a degree, the scholarship for students with disabilities is available for an additional 12 semesters.
