First-year students generate and print applications in USOSweb, students of higher years in WebDziekanat. The application must be signed and submitted in that form.
Applications for social scholarships, the rector’s scholarship, emergency aid, and appeals are accepted by the Benefits Service Section (SOŚ), 116 Żeromskiego St., building A33, staircase E, 4th floor. There are four options:
- dropping the application into the mail box (drop box) in building A33, staircase E, during building opening hours, including weekend class days. Confirmation of submission is sent to the university email on the first working day after the application is placed in the box,
- submitting documents in person at SOŚ,
- sending via ePUAP to the address /PolitLodz/SkrytkaESP or via e-Doręczenia,
- sending the originals by Polish Post to: Benefits Service Section TUL, 116 Żeromskiego St., 90-924 Łódź.
Applications are submitted at the Academic Support Zone (formerly the Office for People with Disabilities), building A30, 116 Żeromskiego St. Possible methods: in person during designated hours, by Polish Post to Academic Support Zone TUL, 116 Żeromskiego St., building A30, 90-924 Łódź, or via ePUAP (/PolitLodz/SkrytkaESP) or e-Doręczenia. After the degree of disability is confirmed, the application goes to the Benefits Service Section.

An appeal against the Scholarship Commission’s decision and a request for reconsideration are submitted via the Benefits Service Section, using one of the four methods described above. The same channel is used to file a complaint to the Voivodeship Administrative Court.
Yes. An application signed with a trusted profile or qualified electronic signature can be sent to the university’s electronic submission box on the ePUAP platform (/PolitLodz/SkrytkaESP) or via e-Doręczenia. Attach scans or photos of the original completed and signed application and of all required documents (certificates, statements, etc.).
Social scholarship, increased social scholarship, and scholarship for students with disabilities:
- winter semester: first-semester students of bachelor’s and master’s programs from 1 to 31 October 2026, other semesters from 7 September to 31 October 2026,
- summer semester: first-semester master’s students from 13 to 31 March 2027, other semesters from 15 February to 31 March 2027.
- winter semester: first-semester master’s students from 10 to 16 October 2026, other semesters and years from 28 September to 4 October 2026,
- summer semester: first-semester master’s students from 13 to 19 March 2027, other semesters and years from 1 to 7 March 2027,
- olympiad winners in the first year of bachelor’s studies submit applications at the beginning of each semester.
